Google has recently released a new feature, Google Ads Call Recording. It is an exciting feature that we can talk about.

Today I want to help you to explain more about the call recording feature.

Now what it is, how to set it up, and how it can have it used to supercharge your sales.

Call Recording allows you to record incoming phone calls then playback whichever call you want to best award.

It’s a feature which Google is providing absolutely free of charge for now anyway. So why not take advantage of it?

There are other paid options to record phone calls. But with this, Google Ads Call Recoding, it will help you more.

It can analyse call that will help you serve customer’s needs. In this way, it will equip your core operators to handle all inquiries.

More importantly, it helps you understand what type of responses your telephone operators are giving to your potential customers.

Are they giving the right information?
How effective their sales closing techniques are?
Which they may not be advising your customers about?

In a nutshell, by using color coding, you can better train your staff. It will help you provide a better customer experience, as well as increasing your sales exponentially.

This is absolutely priceless for businesses who more depend on phone calls, whether they’re a service based business, or an e commerce based business.

How To Set up Google Ads Call Recording?

Go to Call Extension Setting

This is a feature available to those who used Google Ads campaign.

In order to set this up, you need to  enable your core reporting. You can do this in call extension settings.

You need to ensure that the domain has Google verified. Then it will just set it up, you can click on call reporting section within your account settings and turn on the save call recordings for 30 days to on.

As simple as that.

Be aware when you enable this your calls will be recorded for quality and research purposes. At any time, the administrators can turn this feature off, and all recordings all the previous recordings will not be available to listen to.

Go to your Report Section

In order to access the recording, go to your report section. Then you’ll find them within the predefined dimensions.

Click on extensions call to the call details tab. Then you’ll find a call recordings column.

All recordings will be available for a period of 30 days. And fortunately, at the time of recording this show. This feature is only available within the US.

But like all things that Google do, it’s only a matter of time before they start getting rolled out elsewhere.
